  • Patricia Katz - President

    Patricia has her Bachelor of Commerce Honours (Finance and Marketing) as well as her Masters Certificate in Project Management from Schulich School of Business, York University (hosted by University of Winnipeg). She is extremely proud to be a part of the FLMC, and all it stands for. She is passionate about bringing positive attention to all of the great things that young leaders in Manitoba are doing, and looks forward to being part of this great organization for years to come.   • Matt Erhard - Executive Vice-President

    Matt is the Managing Partner at Winnipeg office of Summit Search Group. He comes from an award-winning sales career in the medical and dental industries. Matt belongs to a number of organizations throughout Manitoba’s business and not-for-profit communities, including the Winnipeg Executives Association, the Winnipeg Chamber of Commerce and the Young Associates.   • Kathy Kerr - Past President & Sponsorship Leader

    Kathy works in the field of adult EAL education at Red River College Language Training Centre. She has an Honours Bachelor of Arts from Wilfred Laurier University and a Masters of Applied Linguistics from the University of New England. After having lived in a number of places in Canada and around the world, she has found her home in Winnipeg and is a proud Manitoban.  Kathy has been involved with the Future Leaders of Manitoba since 2007, and looks forward to celebrating the people and province of Manitoba each year in January.  

  • Aaron Ingram - Sponsorship Coordinator

    Aaron Ingram is a lawyer with Pullan Kammerloch Frohlinger. He practices mainly in the areas of Real Estate Law and Commercial Law. Aaron prides himself on being one of the most active and engaging members of his profession in the world of social media.

    As a member of the legal profession, and through his involvement in the community he grew up in, Aaron is passionate about volunteering his time and efforts assisting the groups and causes he holds dear. Aaron is a member of the United Way’s GenNext Council, a member of the Board of Directors for Camp Massad, a member of the Board of Directors for Shalom Residences, a member of the Community Relations Committee for the Jewish Federation, a member of the Executive of the Young Lawyers Section of the Manitoba Bar Association.

    Aaron is a strong advocate for the city and province he calls home.

  • Zayla Saunders - Sponsorship Coordinator

    Zayla Saunders is Regional Account Manager at Value Partners Investments, an investment firm founded in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Her passion for helping Canadians navigate their financial roadmaps brought her into a career in the financial services industry.

    Zayla graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelors of Arts degree majoring in Sociology and Business. She holds certifications from the Insurance Council of Manitoba and Investment Funds Institute of Canada. She is currently studying to attain her CIM designation.

    Zayla is a strong advocate for community-driven initiatives and regularly volunteers for the Winnipeg Humane Society. A proud Manitoban, she looks to support the opportunities it cultivates for other future leaders around her and looks forward to helping fuel the rapid growth of Manitoba for years to come.

  • Jessica Schofield - Nominations Leader

    Jessica has a Bachelor of Arts from University of Winnipeg and a J.D. from Dalhousie University. Jessica was called to the Manitoba Bar in June of 2012 and is working as an associate at Taylor McCaffrey LLP. Jessica has been a member of FLM for the last three years and is enthusiastic in playing a role in supporting and assisting the future leaders of our province.   • Alexis Martin - Alumni Relations

    Alexis is a Human Capital Consultant at Deloitte and the founder of Fully Ignited Leadership Coaching. Alexis graduated from the University of Manitoba in 2007 and is a certified Co-Active Coach with The Coaches Training Institute (CTI). Alexis was honoured to receive a Future Leaders of Manitoba Award in 2015 for her commitment to and vision for the child welfare system in Manitoba. She is excited for this opportunity to connect other young leaders and create synergies that cause lasting positive change for our province.

  • Stephanie Kababie - Marketing & Media Co-Leader

    Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Communication and an Associate of Arts in Journalism. She specializes in media communication, editing, publishing, and fundraising, Stephanie’s range of experience has made her a pundit in the areas of public relations, donor management, event coordination and community relation building.

  • Kirah Sapong - Marketing & Media Co-Leader

    Kirah holds a diploma in Creative Communications with a major in journalism. She is an award-winning writer and former editor whose expertise lies in digital publishing and content marketing. Kirah specializes in content development, graphic design, web design and web development.

  • Donavan Robinson - Member at Large

    Donavan has 11 plus year in the brand development and design industry. He is the Managing Director of Vantage Studios & Print Shop as well as the owner of 2 local Winnipeg businesses. He has been involved with the FLMC for 4 years and believes that this organization is a great asset to this province and the drive to promote Manitoba as a great place to live and work.   • Jen Kennedy - Member at Large

    One of the founding members of Future Leaders of Manitoba, Jen has been in various roles within the group since 2007.  Jen is President of One Nation Networks, a Division of WiBand Communication Corp. where she has held various leadership positions over her 10 years with the company.  Jen has been a volunteer, foster Mom and fundraising committee member for D’Arcy’s Animal Rescue Centre (ARC) for over 10 years.

  • Lesley Hamilton - Past President & Founder

    Lesley joined Investors Group after completing her Finance degree at the University of Manitoba. Prior to joining Investors Group, she had worked at both the brokerage and bank levels at RBC Royal Bank.

    Lesley has completed her ‘Certified Financial Planning’ (CFP) designation. Her mark on the ‘Financial Planning Standards Council’ (FPSC) final exam was one of the top three in Canada, earning her a spot on the FPSC President’s List for outstanding performance.

    In 2012 Lesley and her business partner, Corwin Bergen, co-branded their practise as ‘Hamilton Bergen Private Wealth Management’ and focused their practise on providing comprehensive financial planning advice to business owners and incorporated professionals.

    Lesley is the founder and past president of the ‘Future Leaders of Manitoba Council Inc. An organization that works with the Business Council of Manitoba to attract, retain and recognize young professionals in the Province of Manitoba. Lesley sits on the boards of Dasch Inc., and Rossbrook House and is a long-time supporter of Special Olympics Manitoba.

  • Andrew Kirk - Past President & Co-Founder, Finance Lead

    Andrew has his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Manitoba and has recently joined Polar Bear Rubber as an Inside Sales Associate. He has been involved in the Future Leaders of Manitoba since its inception six years ago and is proud to be part of recognizing the incredible talent that we have right here in Manitoba and is humbled by the outstanding people that have been nominated for the awards over the years.   • Jordan Farber - Co-Founder

    Jordan is one of the founding members of the Future Leaders of Manitoba and feels that the best way we can keep our next generation of leaders here in Manitoba is by acknowledging them, thanking them and recognizing their contributions with a Future Leaders of Manitoba Award.  He received both his Bachelor of Arts and MBA from the University of Manitoba.  Since completing his MBA, he has been working at Qualico, one of Western Canada’s largest real estate developers.

    In addition to his involvement with Future Leaders of Manitoba, Jordan has volunteered with organizations such as Winnipeg Harvest, United Way, RaY Inc., Siloam Mission, University of Manitoba, Red River College and a number of inner city schools.  Jordan also sits on the Homelessness Committee for Downtown Winnipeg Biz and was just named to the B’nai Brith Canada National Board.  Furthermore, he is a founding board member of the Main Street Project Foundation, a not for profit organization that helps Winnipeg’s most vulnerable residents.
